What we collect
To run your account we collect the basics you give us at signup (your name and email) plus billing details when you add a payment method for your subscription. To do the work of the product we also store the message threads between our AI and your guests, the property metadata you fill out during onboarding (address, house rules, photos, recent reservations), and any compliance filings you create or ask us to draft. We do not collect guest credit-card numbers, government IDs, or anything the booking platforms send directly to your inbox — our AI reads the conversation; we never call out to those platforms.
How AI-generated guest replies work
Drafts to your guests are produced through our AI proxy and surfaced to you in the messages inbox. Nothing is sent without your explicit approval — every AI-drafted reply waits behind an "Approve & send" gate in your messages view, and the AI never finalizes an outbound message on its own. To write a draft the AI reads per-property knowledge derived from your house rules, your property metadata, and the last two years of reservation context. If you edit a draft before approving it, the AI learns the corrected style on the next pass.
Data retention and deletion
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your account, we remove your property records, message threads, compliance filings, and consent ledger within 30 days. Backups roll off on the same 30-day cycle. We hold billing records for the period required by tax law (typically seven years) but those records contain only the transaction, not your message content.
Third-party processors we share with
We share narrow slices of data with the processors that make the product work: Stripe handles payment processing (we never see card numbers); our AI proxy routes drafts through a hosted OpenAI-compatible model under our account, so OpenAI sees only the draft text and never your customer file; if you upload files (e.g. a permit PDF) those are stored on Polsia R2 under our account. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Your controls
You can export your data, edit your property metadata, and delete individual messages from inside the app at any time. You can revoke AI drafting per-property by switching a property to "manual only" — once you do that the AI never drafts for that property, even if you switch it back later. To request account deletion or a full data export email us at the address below; we acknowledge within two business days and complete the request within 30.
